Premium Support:

Premium support is provided as part of the purchase price for the first year.  After the first year, a purchase of annual maintenance is available to continue Premium Support.

Customers under Premium Support have the ability to open tickets for bugs and enhancement requests and TeraGLEAN will focus on those issues before any issues that are emailed to us or mentioned on the forum.  In addition, in the event that a major upgrade is released, Customers with valid Premium Support will receive the upgrade within their current licensed edition without charge.

Purchase Route Increase:

Customers can purchase route expansions for their specific edition.

Example: you have purchased the Corporate Edition and find that you want to increase the number of routes and ranges permitted from the default 4,000 routes to 8,000.  You can purchase a route expansion to go to 8K routes or two route expansions to go to 16K routes.  Currently, the top route count is 128K or five expansions from the Corporate default.

Purchase options:

We currently accept credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc...) via the PayPal portal, as well as purchase orders.  We will provide the activation key once payment has been received.
